Lac Des Roches Resort & Italian Restaurant is a premiere lakefront tourism approved accommodation property located on the famous Hwy #24 - The Fishing Highway. All the lake front cabins can be used year round and are equipped with picnic tables and fire pits between each unit and the lake.

Resort and Land Development Potential:
An important feature of Lac Des Roches Resort is its potentials. The resort and restaurant development are set up on 8 waterfront acres with 500 metres/1500ft of lakeshore. The other 30.5 undeveloped acres offer potential for future expansion and development. The undeveloped land is lake view and has a built in separate direct access off Hwy #24 on the west side of the lot. Subdivided or rezoned, it could potentially be used to:
- expand the resort with 30 more units or 100 more RV sites;
- turned into a year round hotel / motel location ;
- Turned into a guest ranch with room for horses, barn, water supply and all the equipment.
- Light industrial development is possible with complete sound and visual separation from the actual resort location.
- The recently updated by law states the resort property could be subdivided into one 15 acre lot with all the resort pertinence and a second 23 acres lot which could be further subdivided into 4 to 6 residential lots / strata or deeded.
