HISTORY of Property
In the early 1960 title to this property was obtained by the Peck Family. This was in the same time frame when the WAC Bennet Dam was constructed. The Peck Family did run their business from this property and some of the Old-timers in the area still remember the excellent garden and Oat crops that where grown on the River Flat.
The property where the homestead was is reverted since. The property holds a large area of untouched spruce.
In the 1970 the Peck Family sold the property to German family. They sold the property to the current owner years ago.
