The Mountain View Cabins “rustic wilderness resort” is a turn-key, tourism approved accommodation conveniently located 1.5 km off the Trans-Canada Highway 1, just 20 km north-west of Golden BC. The resort is built on a remote 5.6 acres property just minutes from the banks of the Columbia River and landscaped by mother nature and flanked with the Selkirk Mountains and the Rocky Foothills with access to pristine wilderness and endless year-round outdoor adventure.
Built in 2014 this wilderness concept resort was designed to accommodate large tour groups (55 people) in a private natural setting.
A solid investment offering steady cash flow, a year-round income with low overhead costs, and ample opportunity to expand the well-built resort infrastructure. The resort is equipped with an open concept outdoor covered kitchen with dining facilities for up to 55 people. 2 BBQs with side burners, coffee and tea makers, & all dishes and utensils. A massive fire pit with free firewood and free marshmallows to roast is one of the welcoming experiences that is offered by the current owners. The property has established trails that lead to viewpoints to enjoy fantastic views across the Columbia River Valley to the Selkirk Mountains.
This perfectly chosen location is surrounded by the triad of Glacier, Yoho, and Banff National Parks and was designed to provide a quiet natural guest experience, an escape from the hustle & bustle of nearby Banff and Lake Louise.
